The Maasai Shuka is Africa's most renowned fabric. Popularized by the Maasai tribes of Kenya and Tanzania, this checkered acrylic rectangular fabric, measuring 2.0 by 1.5 metre is today adopted by not just the Maasai but other African tribes and the world in general.
A majority of Maasai shuka designs are red & black or red & blue plaids, with a hint of white. However, other design and colors are available including striped Maasai shuka.
