Shipping: We offer shipping to all destinations across the globe.

Transit Time: Expedited orders get delivered within a week whereas standard orders take 1-3 weeks; based on item destination and custom regulations.

Bulk Orders: Bulk orders (2+ items) automatically qualify for a 20% discount. If interested in larger orders, contact us for a customized and friendlier package.

Gift Wrapping: Masai Curio Shop offers this service at no additional cost.

Payment: At MasaiCurioShop.com, we accept payments via PayPal and Paystack. In case you'd like an alternate mode of Payment, kindly let us know. MPesa and cash are only accepted at our physical shop.

Cancellations: We have a 48hr max processing time. Thus, if you'd like to cancel your order, let us know within this timeframe.

Returns & Exchanges: Dissatisfied with your order? Talk to us within 7 days after delivery so we can work out a return or exchange.

TAXES:  

United States: The prices indicated are exclusive of tax. Kindly let us know before shipping if you'd like to pay directly or if we can liaise to have the fees paid by us on your behalf in advance.

Europe: We will facilitate the paying of taxes when shipping your order so you won't be charged extra during delivery.

Canada: Some packages may be prompted to pay import tax before delivery. You'll be informed in advance during transit time if your package will be taxed and how much it'll cost.

South America:  Most countries in South America charge import tax. Before delivery, you'll be notified on how to go about making a payment.

Physical Location: For Kenyan based orders, you can shop at our physical shop in Ngong' - Kajiado County, which is a short distance from Nairobi. We have a broad selection of authentic African handicrafts, jewelry, African home décor accessories, antiques like mudcloths, bakubas and sese masks, collectibles like rungus, Maasai seme knives & wooden sculpturesand loads of other souvenirs.
